Diversity Champion Award for Private Sector

Hardeep is currently Chair and lead of one of the largest faith BME networks – EY Sikh Network. She has organised and hosted a number of events such as Women in Politics & Women in Arts to promote gender and BME equality, assessible to people of all backgrounds. Furthermore, a prominent event organised by Hardeep was Asians in Sport, an initiative to attract more Asians into sport careers with a number of key EY clients in attendance including Sport England and Premiership Rugby. Following this, Hardeep was recognised in a campaign called #350sikhwomen and this year was honoured with a Rising Star Award. In her spare time, Hardeep is a volunteer and trustee for Binti, a charity that promotes menstrual dignity through access to sanitary protection and education, enabling women in third world countries to produce and sell sanitary towels in a sustainable social enterprise model.
