Kevin Healey is a leading autism campaigner and ambassador. In 2001, he founded the North Staffordshire Asperger & Autism Association (NSAAA), then went on to establish the Staffordshire Adults Autistic Society (SAAS) in 2007. Kevin has helped thousands of people through his charity via the helpline, signposting to other organisations and giving advice and support. He has campaigned to get better services and support for people with an autistic spectrum condition and has won various awards over the last decade including Charity Champion of the year. Kevin has an incredible social media following, with an astonishing 170,000 across social media platforms. Over the last 17 years, Kevin has hosted many Autism workshops to raise awareness through schools’ colleges and universities. His autobiography, ‘Twin Brothers Worlds’ Apart’ was recently made into a film, with all the proceeds going to charity.
