myAccessHub has developed an online solution, called alvrCloud, that empowers organisations to increase accessibility for employees who are Neurodiverse. A minimum of 10% of our population are Neurodiverse which includes conditions such as: Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Dyspraxia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, etc. The rates of these conditions are increasing annually due to growing knowledge and expertise within these areas. For example, currently 1 in 68 people have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders and this is increasing from 10-17% per year. myAccessHub has developed an agile approach to this and is commencing the journey by reducing or eliminating barriers to accessibility for those with Autism Spectrum Disorders. There are two elements to alvrCloud that facilitate change within an organisation including a VR simulation and e-learning modules.
