Diversity Champion Award for Charity Sector

Nikky is an inspirational speaker, entrepreneur, philanthropist and mentor. Nikky’s passion for inspirational speaking stems from her faith, personal experiences, dealing with homelessness at a young age, overcoming abuse and her diagnosis of Alopecia. Nikky is the founder of Pleroma, an employability and educational development organisation that sets out to transform the approach to youth and long-term unemployment by offering an impartial service, which provides high quality information, guidance, training and opportunities. She also runs a faith group and uses this platform to educate, mentor and nurture young men and women to become the change they wish to see. The group has been running for over three years and has aided in the overall growth and progression of over 500 young people. In her plight with Alopecia, Nikky has abetted her craft to develop a company that creates handmade wigs.
