Outstanding Diversity Network Award
The Advance network is how Mott MacDonald connects a grassroots employee network with a strategic equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) executive committee. The network’s UK EDI action plan is driven by the Advance strategic committee and includes specific, organisational change actions across all protected characteristics. The network umbrella has also branched out with five Advancing groups established in September 2016: Advancing Disability; Advancing Gender; Advancing LGBT+; Advancing Race; and Sunshine Parents and Carers network. In two years this pioneering network has become a great example of best practice for the engineering industry and wider UK sectors.
