Head of Diversity & Inclusion Award
Dawn Moore is HR Director for Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure. Dawn initiated and led Morgan Sindall’s Diversity and Inclusion agenda, developing a transformational company culture which has delivered tangible results. D&I is now fully supported by senior leaders and is a core part of business as usual. Dawn has worked extremely hard to change culture in not only Morgan Sindall but the wider, traditional construction sector. Her work has been recognised with over 20 external awards in the last two years and she has been asked to share her expertise and achievements in 40 external publications and conferences. Outside of work Dawn is a voluntary board director for a large charity which supports victims of domestic violence and their families. She is also a mum to two daughters, age 6 and 4.
