Julie’s deep understanding of human behavior\, backed by a degree in psychology\, further strengthens her ability to drive meaningful change in workplaces. \n\n \nTrish is the Founder of A New Normal and brings over 20 years of experience in people leadership\, culture\, and inclusion. She has worked with some of the world’s biggest and brightest organisations\, helping to shape workplaces that are more inclusive\, engaged\, and effective. She’s a qualified coach\, a youth mentor\, and for the past two years has been a volunteer participant in the UK’s UN CSW group.
