Jeff is also an Anglican Priest and has been Co-Chair of Multi Faith Network since 2019. \nMartina\, Co-chair of the Rainbow network: \nMy work within the network focuses on ensuring that LGBT+ employees’ voices\, experiences\, and needs are meaningfully represented in decision-making processes\, helping to create a workplace culture where individuals feel safe\, respected\, and empowered to be themselves. \nI collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement\, audit existing policies to ensure they reflect the needs of LGBT+ colleagues\, and advocate for inclusive practices that strengthen representation\, engagement\, and support. \nPatrick Rigabie \nI am from the Caribbean Island of Jamaica where I grew up and undertake my early years of study and achieved a Diploma and an Associated Science Degree in Agriculture Science. I then moved to the Uk where I undertake further studies in Environmental Health gaining a BSc\, Management obtaining a MSc\, and Public Health in which I hope to attain a MSc on completion. \nI have previously worked in Agriculture and Forestry in Jamaica\, then in the Uk within a range of Environmental Health fields\, and currently within Public Health as Head of Health Protection & Promotion. In my other areas of interests\, I am one of the cochairs of the Global Majority Network and finally support a Charity to help children to achieve education attainment in Jamaica. \nShofa Miah \nShofa is the Westminster Youth Council Strategic Manager and Chair of the Westminster Women’s Network\, as well as the Founder of Ashok’s Vision International CIO and Director at Newham Voices Newspaper CIC.
