At the heart of Sparkle is a passionate team, 80% of whom personally identify as trans, non-binary, or gender variant. This dedicated team is driven by a profound mission: to lead the way in trans inclusion. They aim to promote a positive public image, elevate awareness, and encourage acceptance of the trans community not just within the UK but across international borders.
