SUMMARY:How Do We Continue Our Work: Repairing Narratives
DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by Mabinty Esho  \nThe conversation around inclusion is shifting\, and the leaders who will continue to move this work forward are the ones willing to evolve how they do it. In this session\, Mabinty will explore four anchors for repairing and progressing the narrative: better business partnering\, data-driven DEI\, linking the work clearly to ROI\, and building the coalitions that make change durable. Expect a candid look at how culture and inclusion leaders can position themselves as genuine strategic partners rather than service providers\, how data can be used to sharpen rather than soften the case for change\, and how to articulate impact in the language the business already speaks. Mabinty will also share what she has learned about building the cross-functional coalitions that hold this work steady when the political weather changes. The session closes with 15 minutes for open Q&A. \nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR FREE!\n\nAbout the facilitator \nMabinty Esho is a Culture and Inclusion specialist\, executive coach\, and Head of Culture and Inclusion at Comic Relief.
