About Anoushka
Anoushka heads the intern and graduate recruitment team at Creative Access and has been with the organisation since it started over ten years ago, she is committed to supporting people from under-represented communities, who are forging long-lasting careers within the creative industry. During her tenure, she and her team have placed over 2,000 people in paid internships, of which 92% are still working in the creative industries.
