We are thrilled to invite you to our second virtual round table discussion of 2021. Join senior diversity, inclusion, HR and talent professionals looking to accelerate their workplace D&I strategy as we introduce our Elevation Platform.

This is a brilliant opportunity to connect with fellow members of the Inclusive Companies Network, share best practice, and collaborate to ensure you are leading with inclusion at the forefront. The agenda of this discussion will be created by you! Your voice being heard is important to us, and we want to give you the chance to explore areas which are of value to your organisation. This round table will allow you to steer the conversation and focus on key themes which can be deliberated across different industry sectors to ultimately create solutions that will be beneficial to you.

Following on from this round table discussion, we will be creating a support network called the ‘Elevation Platform’ giving you a chance to attend regular online meetings. These meetings will give one organisation each month the platform to share their experiences, challenges and barriers, allowing other attendees from our network to feed into this. Whether you are at the beginning of your D&I journey, or have ranked highly on the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List, this is a great way to connect with employers in the Inclusive Companies Network and build a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
