The Inclusive Companies Elevation Platform is exclusive for members only, allowing representatives across different organisations and industries to share their challenges, learn best practice, and collaborate.       

Our upcoming Elevation Platform will centre around ‘Positive Action’. Chaired by Cumbria Police, Diversity Manager, Sarah Dimmock, and Positive Action Coordinator, Sgt Siraaz Patel, will begin the session by sharing their experiences. During the meeting they will talk strategy, share bespoke actions, and discuss how they support candidates on their journey.

Elevation Platform Meetings are held every 6 weeks, with a different topic as the core focus. The topics are chosen by YOU, our members, providing our network with the opportunity to have open and honest discussions, share their failures, as well as success stories, as we all embark on a mission to enhance Diversity & Inclusion across UK workforces.
