With ethnicity pay gap reporting on the horizon and many organisations investing in D&I, we want to look beyond the now and continue to progress towards a more inclusive future. Through data gathered from the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List, Inclusive Companies have reported that 23.08% of those participating had no disability representation in senior/executive roles, with 37.15% of companies reporting fewer than 30% of female employees at this level, and 41.03% of companies having 0% of BAME representation at board level. The data is compelling but are we making progress fast enough?
Our premier network of organisations leading in the advancement of D&I will participate in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers list later this year and are dedicated to collaborating with other sectors to spur on progress and create a more inclusive tomorrow.
Taking place on 3rd July, this exclusive event will act as a hub for likeminded individuals to share best practice, engage with senior leaders and discuss the latest themes and trends across the diversity arena. The Inclusive Companies Launch in collaboration with The National Diversity Awards will bring communities and businesses together, featuring a host of dynamic speakers discussing topics such as the complexity of intersectionality, attracting diverse candidates to the board and tackling the disability employment gap.
Afternoon tea will be served followed by post event celebrations. This will be an unprecedented opportunity to network with some of the nation’s leading diversity advocates and community activists.
