What to Expect? Tony will be discussing Neurodiversity and why businesses have been leading on the neurodiversity agenda – especially all the major growth companies in tech, robotics and bioscience. The reason for this is of course that neurodiverse staff think differently and there is now a great deal of research on the high level of neurodiverse entrepreneurs.
The advantages in terms of targeted recruitment and how we optimise staff performance – but also in relation to how we recruit? For example are traditional qualifications / CV / one hour interview – the best way to recruit people in the 21st Century? Also do we indirectly discriminate against people with dyslexia for example – based on poor grammar or school or university qualifications?
