During this 1 hour session taster session, we will explore the key things you need to consider for your EDIB journey in order to create and/or build on the existing foundation in your workplace. We will explore how to gather support, drive action, and measure progress through understanding:

• The relationship between E-D-I-B
• How to start the conversation with senior leaders
• Understanding your starting position
• Developing an action plan

Who Should Attend

This workshop is for new EDI leads, HR Generalists, EDI Champions and senior managers wanting to know what to look out for. It will also be helpful as a useful refresher for more seasoned EDIB leads, as well as for all leaders who are/wish to be ambassadors/champions of EDIB.
