Creating a more inclusive workplace for all, has become a top priority for many organisations.

​However, achieving that goal is proving a real challenge and many businesses are looking for help and inspiration, including ourselves here at United Utilities. 

​And that’s what our summit is about, bringing together a range of North West organisations, businesses and community groups to explore how we can offer more opportunities to those who feel under-represented in the region’s diverse communities.

​The summit will offer a combination of inspiring stories and ideas for practical action, providing the opportunity to discuss how we can support one another and find ways to work together. Our aim is that you leave with energy and ideas on how you can make our workplaces more inclusive and attractive to the great talent we have across the region.
