The pandemic will not dampen our spirits in the pursuit to connect communities around the world to collaboratively forge positive change for women.

Inclusive Companies are proud bring a dynamic, thought-provoking and inspirational morning surrounding the #ChooseToChallenge theme for International Women’s Day (IWD). Please do join us and encourage others to participate too.

This year we are drawing our attention to intersectionality and the individuality of women. Sharing the voices and stories of women from different backgrounds, we will explore an array of topics, raise awareness against bias, and take action for equality.

Audience members will have the phenomenal opportunity to participate in a Q&A session with our brilliant panellists, featuring powerful speakers who will not only celebrate IWD but delve into their personal experiences and what we hope to achieve throughout 2021.

Hosted by CEO & Founder of Inclusive Companies, Paul Sesay, and Operational Director, Hayley Flinn, they will be joined by the likes of Vanessa Vallely OBE (CEO & Founder – WeAreTheCity) Professor Amanda Kirby (Neurodiversity Expert & CEO – Do-IT Solutions), pioneering trans activist Megan Key, Dr Bijna Kotak Dasani MBE, FRSA and Deborah Williams FRSA.
