Inclusive Companies and thrilled to collaborate with TalkTalk to offer our members the chance to participate in a round table discussion to share insights and strategies on how to leverage their D&I budgets effectively for maximum impact.
Using your D&I budget successfully is crucial for creating an inclusive and equitable workplace, however, there is little guidance on how you should spend your D&I budget and there is no universal structure for determining a budget. Each strategy is custom-designed to fit a company’s needs and objectives and the amounts spent will vastly differ.
During this session we will bring together senior leaders, decision makers, HR professionals, and D&I practitioners from various industries that are committed to advancing D&I within their organisation to share best practice.
From organisations with little to no budget, to those who have an extensive amount to spend in this area, we want to hear from budget holders who have got the most bang for their D&I bucks.
Topics of discussion will include:
- How to effectively oversee a D&I budget
- Getting investment from senior leadership for EDI
- Inexpensive D&I initiatives
- Allocating resources
- Setting goals and objectives to maximise impact
- How to measure impact
This round table discussion will provide a platform and voice for participants to share their experiences and valuable insights on optimising D&I budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
