About Léa

Léa Guzzo supports organisations to develop equitable, diverse and inclusive environments, capitalising on her almost 20 years of experience driving inclusive work cultures. She brings creativity, joy and a data-driven approach to make the journey as impactful and enjoyable as possible. She has successfully supported a wide range of organisations to drive change, from 1 to 250,000 employees, from local social enterprises, national charities, creative organisations, law firms, banks and international luxury brands amongst others.

As an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, specialised in intersectionality, Léa’s work draws on her own lived experience as a white LGBTQ+ woman from a multicultural and working-class background. She is particularly interested in social mobility, what it means to be a white ally, and how to enable systemic changes to tackle inequalities.
