We will delve into our inclusive behaviour campaign aimed at cultivating a more respectful and welcoming workplace culture. The session will also highlight our reciprocal mentoring scheme\, which facilitates mutual learning and understanding among employees from diverse backgrounds. Additionally\, we will outline our approach to setting and tracking EDI performance goals to ensure measurable progress and accountability. This session is designed to provide insights and strategies that others can adopt to enhance their own EDI efforts. \nAbout Anna: \nAnna Sirmoglou is the Europe and UK Mott Macdonald Equality\, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) lead./ She leads the development and delivery of the regional EDI strategy which includes the design and implementation of practices\, initiatives and programmes that foster an environment of inclusion for the workforce./ Anna has extensive experience in the field of diversity and inclusion\, supporting positive outcomes in the public\, private and third sectors./ Anna has a strong transport inclusion and accessibility background./ Other key areas of focus include diversity management\, strategic planning\, community engagement and fostering a culture that makes change possible./ Anna holds a Master of Science in International Relations and a Doctorate in Political Science. \n\n
