Together\, let’s build a more inclusive society where everyone’s unique strengths are recognised and valued. \n\nAbout Jonathan \nJonathan is a solicitor at international law firm Reed Smith\, specialising in Entertainment and Media. Jonathan was open about being autistic since before he began applying for legal roles\, and has been recognised nationally and internationally for his work to improve employment opportunities for neurodivergent people\, including as the European Diversity Awards’ Campaigner of the Year 2016\, a 2017 Queen’s Young Leader\, an honorary graduate of the Open University in 2018\, the Law Society’s Junior Lawyer of the Year 2019\, the UK’s fourth-most influential disabled person in 2020 (by the Shaw Trust Power List\, which Jonathan now judges) and as the Top Role Model for Neurodiversity worldwide in the Dow/Involve Enable Role Models List 2024. \nA strong supporter of efforts to support disability inclusion (including as a judge of the Shaw Trust Power List since 2021 and an Ambassador for Ambitious about Autism)\, Jonathan is also an elected councillor in Bromley and is currently serving as the Deputy Mayor of Bromley for 2024-25\, and in this role has supported charities and initiatives working for greater disability and autism inclusion\, such as opening Bromley’s first-ever Inclusivity Festival and taking part in autism charity CASPA’s ‘Green Mile’ fundraising walk.
