Inclusive Companies

I’m only junior in the company, what difference can I make? Is it wrong to expect people with protected characteristics to challenge the status quo? Do you have to be senior to make a difference? What do champions do? Why do role models matter? How do leaders set the tone for their organisation?

During this webinar we’ll explore diversity and inclusion leadership at all levels how it’s possible to make a difference and why people shouldn’t ever have to feel alone in making something happen – or responsible for championing something because of their protected characteristics. We’ll talk about what bold and empowering leadership looks like for diversity and inclusion – and how you can use opportunities or problems to drive discussion and action. And how things can go wrong and feel challenging – but that being outside our comfort zone is important. It’s suitable for leaders, teams and anyone who wants to make a difference.
