Inclusive Companies are thrilled to be joined by Allison Fox, Inclusion Lead, and Rachel Murray, Head of Employee Health and Wellbeing at Bupa Global & UK, for an insightful webinar to explore workplace wellbeing.

Last year, Bupa Global & UK ranked 3rd in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers Index, and have placed in the top 10 for the last three years, showing their commitment to diversity and inclusion for their people.

Bupa employs around 23,000 people in the UK across their health insurance businesses, Bupa UK insurance and Bupa Global, dental practices, care homes and health services, made up of health clinics and the Cromwell Hospital.

The purpose of the company is helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world, which they put into practice for their people, as well as their customers, making sure they have access to a range of benefits and initiatives to support their health and wellbeing.

During this session, Allison & Rachel will share some examples of how they help managers support their people when it comes to wellbeing and inclusion.
