Fiona is Head of Diversity and Inclusion for HSBC UK and is responsible for driving the agenda for one of HSBC’s largest key markets. Described as a game changer and credible future thinker in D&I, Fiona is passionate about inclusion in business and the development of all individuals. She specialises in mentoring and supporting BAME professionals in the workplace be that in the private, voluntary or public sector. Her passion and advocacy for BAME inclusion led her to establish the first BAME network in HSBC in the UK in 2012. She is vocal in her passion to drive for more inclusive behaviours to be demonstrated to all, works tirelessly for the implementation of a holistic, action focused approach to inclusion and has successfully driven an inclusive agenda in her own organisation. Fiona is a highly sought-after speaker, panellist and thought leader, who has consistently demonstrated her commitment to influence change on the diversity and inclusion agenda.
