I’m really delighted with the progress we’ve made on our D&I strategy in the last few years and especially the focus and commitment made across the business to ensure that we didn’t let the pandemic stop us from making headway. In fact, it’s opened up more dialogue and conversations around what it means to be inclusive, and how we can do more as a company to support all colleagues, so that our D&I journey continues.
