INCLUSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to transform communities by recruiting, developing, and inspiring diverse leaders in policing. We are working towards a day when every community, whatever the socio-economic background of its residents, can thrive without being fearful of crime. It is important that our workforce reflects the communities that we serve and are empowered to contribute their best. We view workforce diversity as a business imperative. Police Now touches the lives of the public through our work and we are showing a measurable impact in communities. We must ensure in every element of our programmes, our work with police forces, and our HQ activities that demography does not equal destiny.

“I am passionate about tackling public confidence and issues related to deprivation; I want to create systemic change, using commercial insight, data-driven impact and entrepreneurialism. I believe that we all deserve to work in an environment that not only promotes inclusivity and respect, but where difference is valued as an incredible asset, and staff feel empowered to contribute their best. I take great pride in the successes we have achieved as a team at Police Now, but we still have a long way to go to achieve truly diverse leadership across the sector. It is great to work with talented individuals who genuinely believe in the importance of recruiting, developing, and inspiring diverse leaders in policing to enable community transformation. I look forward to our continued progress with our officers, partner forces and our staff.”
