Wiltshire Police, formerly known as Wiltshire Constabulary, is the territorial police force responsible for policing the county of Wiltshire in South West England. The force serves 722,000 people over an area of 1,346 square miles. In terms of officer numbers, it is the second smallest force in the United Kingdom.
Making it for the first time onto the Inclusive Top 50 demonstrates to us that we are making positive steps forward and committed to not only creating an inclusive workforce but also in the services provided to the communities we serve. This is a great achievement, and we look forward to working with other members to share best practice and continue to develop as we progress on this journey.
