Nickala is co-founder of Flourish Together CIC, a pay it forward consultancy specialising in social business support, enabling women to create change they see needed, whilst increasing their economic independence. She also developed Pop Up Spa & Retreat, helping people to prioritise their health and wellbeing and access affordable holistic therapies, whilst training women in holistic therapies to gain routes back to into employment. Nickala has supported over 2000 people to develop social enterprises. For the last 5 years she has led a12 hour mentoring marathon to support women changemakers in accessing support, using this as a training ground to diversify the quality of mentors, and create an event to generate an annual seedfund. Supporting over 750 women changemakers with the Flourish team, Nickala has helped them to connect with mentors, new networks and harness opportunities to progress their ideas.
