Sue Vincent-Jones has a strong, successful, proven track record of delivering high profile, fast-paced, challenging, strategic communications by day – whilst leading the highly-successful, multi-award winning Welsh Government LGBTI Staff Network PRISM by night! During her tenure, PRISM has become one of the most visible and successful Staff Networks within Welsh Government, Wales and wider UK Civil Service, moving the organisation over 200 places in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index (WEI) within four years. In 2019, Welsh Government were placed 8th in the highly-regarded WEI – the first time in the Top Ten, and the highest performing government, government department or government agency in the UK for the second year running. Sue was also one of the first ever Stonewall Role Models, is a Cabinet Office Diversity Champion, and is a panel member at Stonewall Cymru’s Women in Leadership Events.
