I don’t do jargon or judgement — just clear\, supportive guidance that helps people navigate tricky topics with confidence and care. \nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR FREE!

SUMMARY:How Do We Continue Our Work: Repairing Narratives
DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by Mabinty Esho  \nThe conversation around inclusion is shifting\, and the leaders who will continue to move this work forward are the ones willing to evolve how they do it. In this session\, Mabinty will explore four anchors for repairing and progressing the narrative: better business partnering\, data-driven DEI\, linking the work clearly to ROI\, and building the coalitions that make change durable. Expect a candid look at how culture and inclusion leaders can position themselves as genuine strategic partners rather than service providers\, how data can be used to sharpen rather than soften the case for change\, and how to articulate impact in the language the business already speaks. Mabinty will also share what she has learned about building the cross-functional coalitions that hold this work steady when the political weather changes. The session closes with 15 minutes for open Q&A. \nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR FREE!\n\nAbout the facilitator \nMabinty Esho is a Culture and Inclusion specialist\, executive coach\, and Head of Culture and Inclusion at Comic Relief. She works at the intersection of identity\, impact and intention\, helping leaders build workplaces where people and performance thrive together. She is currently completing her ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and supports senior leaders across charity\, corporate\, healthcare and education sectors. Known for her warm\, direct style\, Mabinty creates spaces that are honest\, human and practical\, equipping leaders to turn values into everyday behaviours that shape truly inclusive cultures. \nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR FREE!
