This long-awaited league table of the most inclusive employers in the UK finally shines a light on best practice across all strands of diversity – age, disability, gender, LGBT, race, faith and religion.

Powered by Inclusive Companies, The Inclusive Top 50 Employers is a definitive list focusing on representation at management, senior, executive and board level, as well as inclusive cultures at work and within communities.
Organisations featured in the rankings will have to provide sufficient evidence of their inclusivity practices in areas such as recruitment procedures, training and a host of diversity-related initiatives. Only members of the Inclusive Top 50 will have access to the survey, which contains 21 key questions which will be marked on a point’s basis from 1-10.
High ranking organisations will receive the Inclusive Top 50 accolade, split into charity, education, housing, public and private categories. The unveiling of the list will take place at the Inclusive Companies Awards ceremony.
