Capgemini

CapgeminiRanked No.7 – 2023/2024

Once again ranking in the top quartile the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List, Capgemini cemented its position of 7th place, in recognition of the company’s continued dedication to workplace diversity and inclusion.

Capgemini UK, at the forefront in the sectors of consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services, has established a remarkable standard in nurturing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within its corporate framework. The company’s multifaceted approach to DEI is manifested through a series of innovative, meticulously crafted initiatives, all aimed at sculpting a workplace where every colleague feels valued, respected, and empowered.

Paul Margetts, Managing Director, UK Business Unit, said: “At Capgemini, we believe a workplace where everyone feels valued for who they are isn’t just a powerful moral responsibility – it’s also a source of competitive advantage. Our inclusive culture empowers our diverse employee community to make purposeful contributions to our success, thrive, and grow. On a personal level, I am proud to be a member of the Group Diversity & Inclusion Board. A truly inclusive environment starts with our leaders, which is why I take a driving role as sponsor, supporting and challenging our UK team to develop the best strategy and outcomes for our people. I have also mandated senior leader education on topics such as anti-racism, supported reverse mentoring and the people-led growth of our employee networks. As part of our commitment to embedding conscious inclusion into our daily work we have recently launched a new programme, giving time and space for 1000 leaders across our UK business to open bold conversations with their teams about inclusive behaviours and inclusive actions. We all have a role to play to continue making Capgemini a great and inclusive place to work, nurturing a culture of conscious inclusion in business decisions and individual day-to-day actions. We are continuing to build awareness and momentum throughout our organisation: for an inclusive and sustainable future for all.”
