Paul Sesay is the Founder and CEO of Inclusive Companies Limited, the National Diversity Awards, the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List, Inclusive Awards and D&I recruitment company Precedent Group. Paul’s business acumen has mainly been with a social focus.
With over eighteen years’ worth of experience Paul is a leading figure across the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion sector, having worked with some of the largest organisations in the world on their D&I profiles. Passionate about inclusion across all protected characteristics, Paulcontinues to work holistically with diverse communities and inclusive organisations across the UK, encouraging and supporting individuals and groups from various backgrounds to achieve, empowering disadvantaged groups across the nation. Paul’s initiatives have helped thousands of organisations and individuals get recognised for their hard work and dedication to the diversity agenda.

Emma Houghton isn’t just a Project Manager; she’s the architect behind some of the UK’s most impactful Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. With over 13 years of experience in the EDI sector, Emma’s career reads like a roadmap for transforming cultural landscapes across industries. Emma has managed The National Diversity Awards since its inception, steering it to become the UK’s largest diversity awards event, receiving over 90,000 nominations and votes each year. Now in its 13th year, the event has become a beacon of unity, bringing together diverse communities, business leaders, and corporations to drive real societal change.
Additionally, she oversees the planning of the annual Inclusive Awards celebrations, the Diversity Power List, and the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers Index. If there’s a way to spotlight and celebrate diversity, you can bet Emma’s involved. And when she’s not planning awards and events, she’s busy forging partnerships, curating insightful webinars and workshops, and producing diagnostic reports that shine a light on key diversity trends.
Emma’s client list is as impressive as her achievements, with big names like Canon, E.ON, CeX, Reach plc, United Utilities, West Midlands Fire Service, Hastings Direct, and Thompson Law all benefiting from her expertise.
When she’s not driving cultural change, Emma loves to unwind with long countryside walks alongside her partner and their dog, Monty. She’s also a fan of camping adventures with friends, savoring treats in cozy cafes, and jetting off to explore new destinations.

Lucian Main (He/Him) is an ED&I Partnership Executive at Inclusive Companies with a passion for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Lucianbelieves in their transformative power to enhance workplace culture, drive engagement, and promote a sense of belonging. He actively participates in and supports various ERGs, recognising their crucial role in creating a more equitable and supportive workplace for everyone. Lucian like the rest of his panel understands the impact that 365 LGBTQ+ Inclusion can have.

Why I’m passionate about DEI?
I’m deeply passionate about advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), especially when it comes to physical and mental health. I believe that a truly inclusive environment is one where everyone’s well-being is prioritised. Both physical and mental health are crucial for thriving in any setting. I believe in fostering a culture where everyone feels supported and empowered to be their best.

With a BA Hons in Illustration & Design, Terence is an expert Graphic Designer with 12 years experience in the field.
He has developed his design skill sets across a wide range of multi-media platforms including web design & development, email/social campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, analytics and audit/survey production for Networking Events, Awards Ceremonies, Toolkits, Webinars and Reports that promote diversity & inclusion.
