Emma Houghton isn’t just a Project Manager; she’s the architect behind some of the UK’s most impactful Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. With over 13 years of experience in the EDI sector, Emma’s career reads like a roadmap for transforming cultural landscapes across industries. Emma has managed The National Diversity Awards since its inception, steering it to become the UK’s largest diversity awards event, receiving over 90,000 nominations and votes each year. Now in its 13th year, the event has become a beacon of unity, bringing together diverse communities, business leaders, and corporations to drive real societal change.

Additionally, she oversees the planning of the annual Inclusive Awards celebrations, the Diversity Power List, and the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers Index. And when she’s not planning awards and events, she’s busy forging partnerships, curating insightful webinars and workshops, and producing diagnostic reports that shine a light on key diversity trends.

Emma’s client list is as impressive as her achievements, with big names like Canon, E.ON, CeX, Reach plc, United Utilities, West Midlands Fire Service, Hastings Direct, and Thompson Law all benefiting from her expertise.
