About the facilitator
Charlie Hart — also known as Ausome Charlie — is an autistic and ADHD professional speaker on inclusion, with a 20-year background in HR Analytics. Charlie specialises in neuro-inclusion at work, intersecting identities, psychological safety, and translating lived experience into practical, evidence-based inclusion strategies.
Drawing on her lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic, bi/pan, and gender non-conforming woman, Charlie speaks candidly about identity, minority stress, and community power. Her work helps organisations move beyond tokenism, to meaningful inclusion.
