Bringing a blend of strategic vision and practical implementation, Sim has led initiatives that enhance organisational culture, empower employees, and strengthen Mitie’s reputation as an employer of choice. Her approach combines data-driven insights, innovative programming, and collaborating leadership to create meaningful, sustainable change.
