You’re warmly invited to join us for an exclusive roundtable discussion, “Accountability and Strategy: Moving Beyond the Tick-Box,” on Thursday 16 April, 12:00–15:00, hosted at TalkTalk, The Soapworks, Ordsall Lane, Salford, Manchester, M5 3TT. 

This session will bring together a select group of DEI leaders for an engaging afternoon of meaningful conversation, collaboration, and practical insight. 

Following the success of our DEI Leaders Afternoon Tea earlier this year, we’re delighted to reconvene this community, this time focusing on moving beyond awareness and into measurable accountability, strategic action, and tangible change. 

We recognise that advancing DEI can often feel like a solitary effort, particularly amid increased scrutiny, budget pressures, and shifting organisational priorities. This roundtable is designed to create an open, energising space for leaders to connect, reflect, and explore new approaches together.
