Many organisations invest in wellbeing, yet engagement remains low and impact is unclear.

This webinar explores why traditional approaches fall short and what it takes to build a strategy that genuinely supports prevention, early intervention, and workforce performance.

We will examine the gap between access and engagement, the risks of overlooking intersectional health needs, and how organisations can move towards measurable, clinically-informed wellbeing strategies.

Introducing Work Kind Partners’ structured model, we will outline a practical, scalable approach to understanding workforce health and taking meaningful action.

Ideal for: HR leaders, People teams, Equality leads, and senior decision-makers responsible for workforce wellbeing and performance.
