Mentor/Sponsor of the Year Award

Errol Lawson is a multi award winning entrepreneur and founder of Emerge Leadership; offering coaching, mentoring and training to young people, entrepreneurs and/or businesses to over 20,000 people annually. Errol has completed missionary work in Poland and Ghana and designed mentoring schemes for young people on an international scale. This has led him to be selected as one of 150 leaders as a part of TN2020, a transatlantic leadership network established by the British Council. Errol also mentors BAME students at University College Birmingham (UCB) as part of a leadership development programme he established within Emerge Leadership, called On Track. It’s designed to help students complete their studies, achieve their target grades and fulfil their potential. Errol has authored three self-help books including ‘Teenpreneur – How to Build a Business in your Teens’ and ‘From the Postcode to the Globe’.
