In a year like no other, the highly anticipated Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers Index was published in December 2024, celebrating organisations that are truly leading the way in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Now in its tenth year, the IT50 has become the UK’s premier cross-industry index, recognising employers that are setting new standards for workplace inclusion and innovation across all protected characteristics, including race, gender, disability, LGBTQ+, age, and more.
