It Starts in the Classroom: ADHD, Education & the Workplace Impact

August 13 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Moneysupermarket Round Table

Facilitated by Tigger Pritchard

Adults with ADHD often face barriers at work – from challenges with feedback to low confidence and burnout. But many of these struggles don’t start in the workplace – they start much earlier, in the classroom. In this thought-provoking session, we’ll explore how early education systems can disadvantage neurodivergent children, and how these experiences shape adult working lives.

We’ll connect the dots between early educational exclusion and workplace challenges – and most importantly, discuss what employers can do to reduce this impact, both internally and through social value initiatives.

This webinar will cover:

✅ How school experiences shape adult ADHD challenges in the workplace
✅ The link between confidence, feedback trauma, and unmet support needs
✅ Why employers should understand the education pipeline
✅ Practical steps for creating ADHD-inclusive cultures
✅ Actions organisations can take to support systemic change
