Online Policing Round Table Discussion: Changing the Narrative on Inclusion

In response to the challenges currently facing policing and the heightened scrutiny this sector is under, we invite you to a virtual round table discussion specifically for Police Forces, that aims to reshape the narrative on inclusion. This online event provides a platform for open and constructive dialogue, bringing together diverse voices to explore innovative strategies for fostering inclusion.

Hosted and chaired by Rozila Kana, Inclusion & Diversity Manager at Lancashire Constabulary and Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers Judge, this session will not only provide a safe space for Inclusive Companies Members to discuss barriers and solutions, but Rozila will share useful tips for those participating in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List 2024/25, or those interested in taking part.

With submissions now open, this is a prime opportunity to learn more from those who have been there and done it! Rozila will deliver an interactive round table to help you embark on your IT50 journey, as well as foster dialogue between current police force members.
