May 20 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Facilitated by Sally Leech | Henpicked

The Equality and Human Rights Commission have published their first guidance on menopause in the workplace. In 2023 BSI released guidance on Menopause, Menstruation and Menstrual Health in the Workplace.

But do you understand what this means for your organisation? Or what you need to do?

We’re inviting you to join this informative session on navigating menopause, menstruation, and menstrual health in the workplace with Sally Leech, Director of Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace.

Here’s what we’ll be diving into:

  • Why this is so important for your organisation
  • Understanding the facts of menopause and menstrual health in the workplace
  • Breaking down what the Equality and Human Rights Commission announcement means for employers
  • Understanding learnings from current case law and key considerations for your organisation
  • What it means to be a menopause friendly and menstruation friendly employer
