Facilitated by Westminster City Council
This webinar will bring together Staff Network Chairs to share their experiences of leading and developing our networks.
CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR FREE!Chairs will reflect on:
· Key successes they have achieved within their networks
· Challenges they have faced and how they have navigated these
· What has made the biggest difference in driving engagement, impact and inclusion
This is an opportunity for colleagues to hear directly from network leaders, learn from real experiences, and better understand the role staff networks play in shaping a more inclusive workplace.
The session will include a 15-minute Q&A, giving participants the chance to explore topics further, ask questions, and gain practical insights from the Chairs.
Participants will also come away with clear takeaways they can apply in practice, whether that’s getting involved in networks, supporting inclusion, or applying learning within their own teams.

Martina, Co-chair of the Rainbow network:
My work within the network focuses on ensuring that LGBT+ employees’ voices, experiences, and needs are meaningfully represented in decision-making processes, helping to create a workplace culture where individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered to be themselves.
I collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, audit existing policies to ensure they reflect the needs of LGBT+ colleagues, and advocate for inclusive practices that strengthen representation, engagement, and support.
