Head of Diversity & Inclusion Award
Paul is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at NHS Employers – the employers’ organisation for the NHS in England who help employers to develop a sustainable workforce, improve staff experience and be the best employers they can be. His role involves working with national bodies (both within the NHS and across the wider landscape) to try and shape and influence policy and strategy in respect of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI); and working with over 400+ NHS organisations across England to support the development and implementation of good and best practice in the field of EDI. The main vehicles for this are the Partners and Partners Alumni programmes – which are quality improvement, peer support networks involving health and social care organisations committed to developing their capability and competence in the areas of diversity and inclusion.
