For the 2025/26 Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers submission, WMFS showcases significant progress in workforce representation, inclusive leadership practices, community partnerships and accessibility. Building on its established foundations, the organisation has strengthened its internal culture, invested in diverse talent pipelines and expanded the reach of employee networks.
