Joanne Lockwood, the trailblazing Founder and CEO of SEE Change Happen, embodies transformative change in the realm of Inclusive Cultures. As an Inclusive Culture Expert and International Keynote Speaker, Joanne is not just a speaker and consultant; she is a beacon of inspiration, redefining the landscape of diversity and inclusion. Her life journey as a transgender woman amplifies her voice, making her an authentic and heartfelt mentor in the mission for building inclusive organisational cultures where everyone can thrive.
Lucian Main (He/Him) is an ED&I Partnership Executive at Inclusive Companies with a passion for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Lucianbelieves in their transformative power to enhance workplace culture, drive engagement, and promote a sense of belonging. He actively participates in and supports various ERGs, recognising their crucial role in creating a more equitable and supportive workplace for everyone. Lucian like the rest of his panel understands the impact that 365 LGBTQ+ Inclusion can have.
Laura Scarrone Bonhomme is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 14 years of international experience. Over the past eight years, she has specialised in transgender health, supporting more than 800 transgender and non-binary individuals, as well as their loved ones, through assessment and psychotherapy. In collaboration with community members, Laura co-authored Gender Affirming Therapy: A Guide to What Transgender and Non-binary People Can Teach Us, a resource designed to foster a deeper understanding of gender diversity within clinical practice. Motivated by witnessing systemic inequities in healthcare for gender-diverse individuals, she co-founded Affirm (www.affirm.lgbt), an online training platform dedicated to equipping healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver compassionate, equitable, and high-quality care to queer people. Beyond her clinical and educational roles, Laura actively advocates for increased visibility and accurate representation of transgender and non-binary communities in the media. Her insights and expertise have been featured in prominent publications, including Women’s Health Magazine, Glamour, and The Telegraph, allowing her to amplify the voices of trans individuals and highlight the urgent need for systemic changes within healthcare and broader society.
