The Dos and Don’ts of Leading an Employee Network

April 22 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Having led Aviva Origins for over 2 years, Anna and Maiko will be sharing their challenges, successes and learnings, to help you run your own employee network effectively and support your people to do the same.

Having led Aviva Origins for over 2 years, Anna and Maiko will be sharing their challenges, successes and learnings, to help you run your own employee network effectively and support your people to do the same. Aviva Origins is a network with the broadest remit of all Aviva’s ERGs, covering race and ethnicity, faith and belief and social mobility. Co-Chairs Anna and Maiko got a seat at the Group CEO’s table to present their strategy to the Executive Committee, aligning their plans with Aviva’s ‘big four’ business priorities. They consulted to help to make Aviva’s advertising more inclusive of customers; they have collaborated across multiple ERGs to help them grow, creating the most intersectional International Women’s Day in Aviva’s history, attracting 13K impressions on social media; they have driven efficiency, with workstreams to focus on key areas, from the Black Professionals Network to social mobility; and finally, Origins has delved into the last taboo, religion to support the sustainability of communities. Their work is having a significant impact both across the business and the wider industry.

If you’re looking for tips and advice on how to gain momentum within your own employee network, this is the webinar for you.
