Claire brings a decade of lived experience navigating childcare, flexible working, and career progression since returning from maternity leave in 2016. As a Senior Associate in Real Estate, she will share candid reflections on balancing professional ambition with parenting a now ten‑year‑old, the challenges she and her husband have faced, and the strategies they’ve developed — sometimes successfully, sometimes not — to make it all work.

Ian Dinwiddy – Founder, Inspiring Dads Ltd

Ian specialises in supporting fathers through the personal and professional transitions that come with parenthood. Through Inspiring Dads, he empowers men to step confidently into equal parenting roles, making his voice an essential part of this conversation.
