Menopause Action Plans – what employers need to know

September 15 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Office Meeting

Facilitated by Henpicked

The Employment Rights Bill, published on 2 July, puts menopause action plans firmly on the workplace agenda. The Government’s roadmap sets out a phased approach, with action plans introduced on a voluntary basis from April 2026, becoming a requirement for employers in 2027.

This event will help you understand what this means for your organisation and what you can do now to get ahead. We’ll cover:

  • What the Bill says about menopause action plans and the broader employment reforms
  • What a menopause action plan looks like in practice
  • Practical steps to prepare, demonstrate leadership and support your colleagues

Join us to ensure your organisation is informed, prepared and ready to lead the way.
